Good to see everyone receiving their goods. Much better than I fared. I hope they've turned their customer service around.

 

So far so good. They have been responsive to DMs and emails on various social platforms (I even had to edit my order). Goods got delivered as promised. Looks like they did turned their CS around.
It was a pretty big GB from all I gathered.

 

how did you successfully contact them? i have not gotten a response yet to an email regarding my order placed on 4/17. It appears they were moving through by purchase dates and I’ve gotten nothing back from them.

I have seen in the past when sending directly an email from gmail it goes straight to spam folder for the other party.

Well, they replied at 3:46am this morning...lol. I don’t know if i should be impressed or feel sorry for the workflow influx they’re trying to get through. My wheels are not going out till mid to late June with an invoice in a few weeks she said. So they must be going by something else other than order date. Just a heads up to everyone that may still be waiting.

 

They did mention they would be sending what they had in stock and the rest will be sent out when available. It also says up to 10 weeks AFTER group buy ends, So they are not out of line at all IMO.

I've paid in full for my Bead Lock rings and Wheels/rims on the 15th with no info yet. But then again, I've waited up to 6 months and more for my other sets of Volk TE37s for my other trucks.

 

That’s correct. The first batch from what they told me was what was in Stock. The next is enroute.

 

I just got shipment confirmation that my rims and lugs shipped, protection rings should be coming in a later shipment. Although the “shop” app said my rims and rings shipped and not my lugs, guess I’ll find out soon enough

 

My lugs came in one of the wheel boxes so keep an eye out.

 

I should check the boxes then. Didn’t get the lugs and the shipping info didn’t mention them.

I debated too much and missed out on timing.
Anyone roughly in the Tennessee area get black or bronze RR7 they don't want?

Delivery date just got bumped to the 31st!

 

Estimate delivery for June 1st! Just got my Bilstein 6112/5160 delivered. I placed a order for JBA UCAs and coachbuilder shackles +3. Just need tires.

I signed up for their in stock notification and purchased them when I got the email. Pretty quick shipping. I got them within 1 week but maybe because the facility was only one state away from me.

 

Well, I got 3 out of 4 of my wheels delivered today despite it showing as a 4 piece shipment to be delivered today. Leave it to FedEx to mess it up. They truly suck. Matte gunmetal is looking sweet though. Can’t wait for the last one and then the rings/bolts to arrive.

Not yet, waiting until the full LT kit and adv bedsides go on in 2 weeks then I'll order the 37s. Soon!

Some more photos, with it sticking out so far in the picture my 17s look like 20s. Just a goofy picture to get an idea of the color against the silver truck though. Also, for those wondering my Amazon special ET lug nuts I’ve been using for a long time with good luck should probably work fine. The holes are large enough that the ET portion fits in through the hole and does not foul. The nuts should seat just fine I’d say. Next thing to check is that I get enough thread engagement, but it’s a little hot for me to feel like doing that today.
