I was debating on Ko2's or Km3's but found Mickey Thompson Baja boss M/T's in stock so went with that.

She’s still marrying you? I guess she couldn’t have been that mad about those wheels and tires….so what else are you buying to test the pre marital limits?

hahaha I was in the dog house for a night That’s for sure, but I used to race motorcycles and that was MUCH more expensive so I told her at least these mods have good longevity. I figured it would be best to leave out the impact on gas mileage lol

after rims, tires, suspension, and supporting mods I’ll take a brief break from purchases. Brief being the key word.

I went back and forth so many times and ended up missing this group buy thinking I wanted 18s. Pics you guys are posting of these wheels and tires look so good plus the fact that you are actually getting them delivered makes me wish I had just done it.

I've tried to order 2 different sets of wheels since then and both went on backorder. Already have tires for 18s and just made a 3rd attempt at wheels today after finding a wheel that supposedly has a lot of inventory at the distribution center so...
    :fingerscrossed:

    Keep the pics going here.

Installation completed! RR6-H on 295/70/17s Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT. Bilstein 6112/5160 w/ JBA UCA and CB +3. Overall, I'm very happy how it turned out. The shop said the TMPS sensor couldn't register but for what I'm seeing it is not flagging in my truck... *Shrug* Loving the bronze on the pearl white paint. I will look into installing my protection rings eventually. On the plus side it fits in my garage! :D I was so skeptical if it will fit in the garage with the lift. Here are some pictures. Looking forward for everyone else wheels to be mounted on!

Looks killer! How much lift do the 6112/5160 give you?

They’re looking sweet on both trucks! White and bronze is a nice combo.

From what I seeing I got 2.5 inch lift in the front with the top clip setting. The coachbuilder +3 shackles gave me 1.7 inch lift in the rear.

Yea,It fit fine but I’ll be doing extended studs also. Only issue I had was center bore fitting on was super snug. I think the paint or coating on the wheel was a little thick

how many turns did you get out of the lug nuts?
Did you sand out the center bore on the wheel at all? I guess not having any play is a good thing

6.5-7 turns. We just used old lugs and slowly tightened the wheel on then backed it out. All good

Give it to me straight. Better with or without the rings?

edit: attached a better photo in sunlight with the rings.

very similar either way but rings look good imo. Good thing is that you can always switch back and forth.

Thanks for the input. I like them too I think. It was a little bit of a struggle getting the nylon washers on both sides of the rings but I think it will be worth it to protect them. It was just a little time consuming. Also, I tested them up to 75mph and the added weight didn’t cause any balancing issues that I can feel which was a concern of mine which is good. So, the rings must be removed before mounting and dismounting tires correct?

Thanks! I was planning to do it last night but the shop that installed ET lugs with my wheels never gave me the spline key. I will have to make a extra trip to pick up the spline key today.
