My guess is it's one of the two on either side as seen here. Would want to remove one from both sides or even all four to facilitate a cross-ventilation. That's my guess.

I replied back to them and ask, they said when looking at the light, it will be on the left. Well both sides look the same. Guess I'll pull one and see.

Well, I took the breather screw out, gonna leave it out until Friday and see what happens. I told rough country I was gonna leave it out until Friday.

I also ask, who says it will not do it again, because obviously it's getting in there somewhere. So, if it does it again, I'm gonna demand a replacement. Because what good is a warranty, if they don't replace it.

But all in all, I'm happy with their customer support, so far.

Hmmm, after just a few minutes of the screw being removed, you can see the moisture has gotten worse.

Warranty- tell RC you want an RMA and a new light bar per warranty. FWIW...
Hope it all works out Travis.

You might turn on the light for about ten minutes to warm things up and get the air moving. Just a thought.

No. My truck is a pavement pounder. Lol. I think I just got that "one", seems nobody else in this thread with this light, has had this issue. I'm the lucky one I guess.

Just catching up on this. Thanks for the update. Seems like they are giving you a little bit of a run around. I'm eyeing mine like a hawk now hoping this doesn't happen. it would be a pain in the ass to pull the breather screw on mine since it's behind the bumper. Let us know how it goes for you the rest of the week. Cold weather isn't helping anything. Wish it would warm up!!

I'm gonna see how it looks Friday, hoping it doesn't dry out. Yeah, I'm tired of this cold ass weather. I don't see how the northerners put up with how cold they get.

Still has a good bit of moisture, as of this afternoon. Gonna see what it looks like tomorrow. If it's the same, I'm gonna tell them they need to send me another one.

Glad to hear this. I figured they would step up, it has a (3) yr warranty. When I ordered/bought mine RC told me if I had any issues, they would replace it within the (3) warranty.

I bet they sent him an (RMA) or return merchandise authorization to return the old light bar. They can ship the defective one back to the original vendor for credit. Just my logical guess.

Yes, they sent me a return shipping label for me to print. I give them a big thumbs up, they gave me a suggestion, I tried it and it didn't work. I let them know and they shipped me another one, without question.

Glad to hear this!! They did right by the customer. Providing good customer service should always be a priority. Customers who have good stories to tell when dealing with a company is better than any advertising they could buy. Enjoy the new bar!!
