Hello all. I need some help. I ordered and received my full-cover-kicker rock sliders from Rocky Road Off-road for my 2018 Tundra Double Cab with the 6.5 foot bed. The instructions have CrewMax on them and they don’t line up on the frame like I thought they would. Rocky Road hasn’t answered my email, on-line chat or phone calls. Does anyone know the length of the double cab/6.5 ft bed kick
out sliders? I haven’t been able to find anything online with the measurements. Thanks

They probably sent you the wrong sliders. I emailed them last month and they got back to me the same day. With the whole coronavirus thing, don't be surprised if they are overwhelmed at the moment.

This company is local to me, and while they are a bit old school they have really good customer service.

Did you ever get this problem resolved?

Yes I did last Tuesday. We were going to exchange them, but after verifying the year of my truck, Charlie determined they were the same part number for the double-cab and extra cab. My frame just has some weird placement for rivets, so I am going to have to do some trimming on the slider plates. Unfortunately, my helper has self-quarantined himself, so I will have to wait a few weeks before we try again on the install. I would order from them again, unless I was in a hurry to get a part. Customer service was very good, just not the fastest.

Glad to hear - those guys have a thousand years of experience and make really quality parts. They can be gruff because they're old middle-Utah dudes, but they will always make it right and build outstanding products. Hope you post up some pictures when you get everything done!
