    I bought a 2021 Tundra Platinum. The insurance company let me have my 2019 at my house so I could remove all of my personal items, because insurance doesn't pay for upgrades. I had all the sock parts I pulled off of it. So most of my upgrades got taken off, and put on to the new one. I did buy a set of Amp power steps, all new knobs from AJT design. The one thing that amazes me is my SR5 had a spray in bedliner...my Platinum doesn't. I just thought the higher end truck would have had it...maybe it's just me.

    Oh so I don't get in trouble Shut out to my wife for the fender flares. She wanted to get me something I wanted for my 2019 I never bought myself. So when I drove 7 hours to Odessa Tx. to get the 2021, she ordered them from Amazon. I was going to have them painted to match the truck, but I really like the black against the red.

    I think the spray in bed liner is a third party thing that some dealers add and some don't. My truck was either a transfer to my dealer from another or fresh from the factory so they would have charged me $600 to add it. I just went to a local Line X dealer and got it done for $550 instead.

    :rofl:On our 25th anniversary...My wife said she wanted to go some place we have never been for supper....So I took her to the kitchen.


    She didn't find that funny AT ALL!!!

    She asked if I ever thought about divorcing her? I said NO...thought about setting you on fire a couple of times!

    She has gotten her digs in over the years...When she turned 40, I told her I was going to trade her in for two 20s...She looked at me and smiled, and said "oh honey your not wired for 2-20"...All I could say was DAMN!!!

    Thanks...I looked around for awhile at different Tundras, Limited, Platinums, 1794s, and kept going back to this one...It's just a cool color. I almost bought the same color as my 2019, and my wife said I should replace it, but not clone it.

    I thought about it, I just don't have the time to take it apart. I also don't have the room in my shop right now. I have two Squarebody Chevy trucks in there and one is in frame off restore mode. I'm almost done with the frame, so I can put it back under the body.

    It was used 8200 miles. 51 out the door. Which I thought it was a good deal. There are some out there that were much higher...closer to 60 with 40-60 thousand miles on them. How in the hell do you put 60K on a truck in a year?
