Thanks for the heads up. I got mine today and the 40 looks too big for inside my hood.

I'll have to stick with my current RC 30" bar for now

Any fog lights for sale? Also how hard are these light bars to wire in the bumper? Do I have to run them to the interior somehow and add an on/off switch?

    No fog lights,

Running a bar to the bumper should be fairly easy, hardest part is finding a mounting location, or you can just get someones brackets that mount to the bumper support. Wiring... few ways, easiest without running wires is a blazer switch setup did a few in buddies rigs and its working for them so far, next option is run wires to the interior..

Link for the blazer setup, used to have a 8switch version but I think it discontinued..

When you mounted it did you use the brackets that came with it? Did you have to use spacers or anything?

Hmm ok thanks for the info. I'm half tempted to just buy a 50" bar and resell it on Ebay so I can afford some other mods I want to do to my truck.

For the grill I got the sdhq behind the grill mount.

Rago fab makes a cheaper version, and one thing to think of is cleaning it is a pain lol looks great but behind the grill is hard to get to

I may have to buy into this. I think the green backlighting might go nicely with my cavalry blue tundra that has green from seahawks decals!

I received my light yesterday (green back light). It looks like a regular light and has two switches one for light bar and one for backlight. You don’t even have to hook it up. The pictures are misleading the lights are not hooked u or installed just put up for picBF71BE2A-56C1-483E-82C9-2279E52D0494.jpgBC059A8B-16BF-487D-9E56-7227B156893A.jpg

Woah! great input!!! Thanks man! I'll pull the trigger on this sweet deal! :spending: Hell I might as well get one (smaller) for my Suzuki Jimny 2020

Now I'm wondering if eventually (or how hard) could it be to change the backlight to white or amber IF those components can be sourced from Rigid.

Hey Matt do you know the mount to mount length of your 40” light? I only have about 40.5” to work with in my mount spot.
Thanks for any info you can provide.

I just test wired the light. Hooking up the switch was a bit confusing so here's a pic 20190810_110224.jpg

She’s in...spent 2 hrs. making the Rago Fabrication bracket work. It initially sat too low and I couldn’t attach light bar to it. Had to remove brackets and move up one hole, only utilizing 2 of the 3 mounting holes. This raised the Rago mount, but a bit too much. Drilled a bit out of the brackets to lower the mounting bracket screw, helped...but then had to break out the ratchet straps and bend the Rago brackets down, it worked...Not really happy about paying $84 for brackets that “are a perfect fit” per Mario (the owner) but weren’t and cost me a few extra hours.... All in all, super stoked cant wait til dark.

Have you tired them yet at night? They're not as bright as my Rough Country SR as I'm blinded when I look at them straight on. Not so much with these Rigid, but these have a warmer color so is better in the snow and rain most likely.
