The back up camera not showing on display and gear indicator on dash (example: highlights the P for park and D for Drive)

When I shift into drive, the truck slightly jolts. Not the usual smooth shifting.

additionally, engine light popper up shortly after along with traction control

Before the issue, truck was running flawlessly. 2 hours later I start the truck and all these issues occurred.

    I ruled out:

-Tested battery and it reports good.

-Reset battery by removing negative terminal for 15 minutes

-checked gas cap and it was not the issue

    Electronic upgrades I have:

    -wireless charger in center console

    -diode dynamic fog lights

    -2018+ led oem headlights

I will be taking it to a Toyota dealer for regular maintenance on Tuesday so they will also assess the issue. I suspect fuse issue? Just curious if anyone else had this issue? Thanks

Blow reverse bulbs have been known to cause weird issues.

^ I think he meant LED rev bulbs, I've heard that as well.
I have them in my 2014 with no issues.

Is the backup camera popping up on the screen with no picture in rev, or it does it not show up at all?
Might to be something in the shifter mechanism.

Try to pop the console lid off and make sure everything it plugged in and connected at the shifter...
Only 2 console pieces and they pop right off..
I would use something plastic to pry it up, not a metal screwdriver like this guy.

Turns out for me it was my VLED reverse bulbs popping the fuse. Hope this helps some others out.
