So I purchased the 3M headlight restorer kit at the local auto parts store. I had tried to take care of them myself without spending any money on something that may or may not work. I tried a few home remedies if you will based of some videos on youtube but the results were only very temporary. I decided today to take the plunge and spend the 15.99 for this kit due to its simplicity and the brand 3M has been around for some time so I figured WTH?! So it is with pleasure that I tell you that the results were much better than expected. The passenger side light was worse than the driver's side, not sure why but they both turned out good. Still a slight difference in the two lights but much improved. If you this have the same issue with headlights then this is a good choice.

I had a good experience with Megquiars kit on another vehicle.

Nothing like clearing up that ugly haze!

I used the 3M restorer kit. Worth the money for sure.

When I did my Tacoma a couple years back all I did was wet sand 400, 1000, 3000 with the drill polished with scratch/swirl remover and then applied wax and sealer never had anymore problems after. Just need to occasionally touch up the wax and sealer.
