You may try searching for someone's recent stock take-offs then. I've seen them on CL before.

You may expand your search to NV as well, with all the desert wheelers out there upgrading for that terrain, it may increase your chances. Mildly surprised you haven't been able to find a set in CA, but it may just take some more time.

Digging up this thread, Rex, i also have an RCSB, are they different than double cab/crew max tundra springs? I just want OEM replacements without a lift or anything, mine is bending backwards like your old ones.

I don't know what the difference is, but I think they have different part numbers.

That's awesome. I have Toyota care as well and I'm curious if I could get them to do the same. Reason I'm wondering is because I carry a bed shell and rack on it and I could see them saying that the constant weight voids their policy

I emailed Alcan for a quote. Requested 0 lift; front bumper weighs 130 lbs; rear @ 80 lbs. No rollcage installed.

    Additional details:
Bilstein 5100s installed front and rear. OEM rear leaf springs are worn out. I would like to replace the rear leafs and all associated bushings (w/ poly) and hardware. I tow a 4500lb boat plus trailer. So, I'd estimate approx 6000lbs. I also haul loads of mulch (2 cu yards at approx 2000 lbs) in the truck bed when necessary. I will eventually add a supercharger to the engine.

    We'll see what they say.

Interested in this as well. I'm looking at new springs that can not only handle more load but rude better. Deaver and Alcan were my two choices. Alcan has been very responsive and has Saud they can add weight carrying capacity and increase ride comfort while unloaded. Sounds like a win/win for me.

I spoke with Tyler at Alcan yesterday. He was very knowledgeable. They currently have an 8 - 10 week lead time for their leaf springs. He and I discussed what I needed and agreed on upgraded leaf springs (Zero lift) that could handle a 350lb tongue weight as well as Timbren springs. I'm paying just under $1300. I also asked for a new shackle kit. The cost for that will be paid later.

Curious, why the new leafs plus a timbrens? Last email I got from someone there was they could increase the load capacity by about 800lbs and actually increase the ride comfort both loaded and unloaded. 800 seems like more than enough, especially for only towing 6k.
I currently have timbrens that I install when I tow my car and trailer, about 6k. I remove them when I'm not towing because I think they ride like shit unloaded. I want a more permanent solution and if u can increase ride comfort unloaded that's a plus

He recommended Timbren springs (bumpstops) for the times when I'm hauling mulch and the load in the truck bed is 2000+ lbs.

Gotcha, just curious. I'd like to eliminate the timbrens altogether if I can. I rarely load the bed that much. Mainly looking to haul my car and trailer, right at 6k, and the new camper, don't know weight yet.

6 inch lift, ADS suspension, Alcan custom rear springs, 46 gallon metal gas tank, Full Line-x body, Wheels with 35's, Smittybilt bumpers front and rear, 10k warn winch, custom rack.
I had Alcan build my rear springs for my 6inch pro comp lift, to eliminate the lift blocks. They did a custom 8 pack leaf with custom loads since I have a 46 gallon metal tank on one side, bigger bumpers, full size 35 spare, and a custom bed rack. I will say that Alcan had great customer service. My springs ended up being a bit too long and caused the shackle to hit the frame. They had me take some measurements and fixed the issue. Sent me 2 new leafs to replace the ones that were too long. I was happy they worked with me to get my rig back on the road. Deaver was too long of a wait and I had to call just to get an answer from someone. I filled out their online stuff and never got anything back.
