    Hello

I am brand new to the forum. As I have attempted to use the internet to aid me with my issue; I've decided to rely upon a community of people who enjoy and use tundra's on a day to day basis. Alright so now that the introduction's out of the way, let's get into what's wrong. The screen for my 2012 JBL Head unit is broken, I've gone to dealer to get a quote and let's just say the cost is enough to put a decent down payment on most models. Checked eBay and such and still about 1500 after exchange and shipping, checked some local auto Wreckers, but I live in Canada and could make a trip across the border. I am debating the possibility of getting an android auto setup.

Any input is appreciated and thank you for taking the time to read this.

My recommendation is to go aftermarket. You’ll spend less and get a much better system. There’s a specific sub forum for audio stuff you should check out.

You could also post a want to buy ad; many on here have replaced stock units with aftermarket and may be willing to give you a deal.

I'm Canadian and I put in a Kenwood unit from Crutchfield Canada. Love it.

Definitely just go with an aftermarket head unit. I suggest kenwood. But there are a lot of options out there
