Remote Connect Deployment?

One feature my dealer told me my brand new (Saturday) Tundra had was Entune with Remote Connect... it does not. The words Remote Connect are not on the sticker, so not much I can do and the Entune that it has is just a crappy app suite that is more annoying than enabling anything. I really wanted the option to start my Tundra remotely, it was on a must have list I shopped around with multiple dealers. I know I can do it with an aftermarket kit, but I hate that I was misled.

Anyone have any expectations that the app will be expanded to 2018 Tundras? It currently is only able to start Camry's. Could such an upgrade ever get deployed or only in future iterations of automobiles?

 

"Entune™ 3.0 Remote Connect Exclusively on the 2018 Camry and 2018 Sienna." according to Toyota.com all others use Entune with App Suite. Don't have a clue when this will change. I remember the Camry and Sienna had different Entune in 2016...some expansion to add some apps to mine, but still different than Camry.
