    New to the group!
Collectively I've put on about 500,000 miles on my Toyotas (94 22RE with 260K, 2005 4Runner that had 1 payment left before someone decided to make me crash into them and total it and my 2015 4Runner TRD PRO that currently has 215K).

NOT EVER ONCE have I been broken down and stranded. Yes, I've had a couple minor repairs here and there but nothing serious.

I was eagerly awaiting the Jeep Gladiator but after driving it, I decided it just wasn't the right vehicle for me. It's a badass truck but not quite right.
I was ready to get the Tacoma but I really hate to say this but I am not impressed with it. It looks great and I'm sure it's reliable but it feels kinda not solid.
I was ready to get the RAM 1500. Drives great, very impressed but lots of reliability issues with many.
I drive so much I couldn't stomach the current Tundras 14 mpg.
I'm so relieved they are doing a major update on the Tundra.
I will be ordering one for sure unless something weird is revealed.
Hoping that the TRD PRO exclusive color isn't stupid (sounds like it may be a light gold?- sounds weak to me but I'll reserve judgement until I see it in person).
Keep up the good work on the info!

I wouldn't but the 1st year of a new release. Guaranteed it will have issues that will have to be fixed.

Welcome from Nor Kal, being a 1st year new release owner, I could vouch for issues galore, lol.. I'd suggest pull service records before you buy and yes, even if its new.

Welcome. I rented a Gladiator & I can defiantly relate to what you are saying. It actually felt very light for a 4x4 and hydroplaned very easily in the TX rain. The primary owner of the company I work for has one with a HELLCAT motor in it (from the factory) and that thing is bada**! Its the only way I would want one. That said, he paid $125k for it & that I would NOT be willing to do.
