It’s common to reuse the carrier, no real reason to replace them unless you’re getting a traction device like a posi or a locker. I would recommend at least getting a posi for the rear, it will greatly improve your traction. Also, 100% recommend getting OEM Toyota pinion seals for both front and rear. The Yukon seals are ok, but you will see the quality difference with OEM seals. Then to seal the rear diff, throw away the black RTV they send in the kit and go buy some of the green RTV from the parts store. You’ll use the entire tube if not more on the rear diff. So yeah, get 2 tubes of green RTV for the rear. For the front, you can either get the green RTV, which I’ve used exclusively without any reported leaks, or get the Toyota FIPG specific to your front diff. The rear diff already has a solid pinion spacer from the factory. The front is a crush sleeve, so if you can swing it, get a solid pinion spacer for the front as well. Then, all new drain n fill plug crush washers x2 so you can have new for the drain n fill as well. For gear oil I recommend Lucas 85w140 in both front n rear diffs, and Lucas 75w90 synthetic in the transfer case. If ya got any questions whatsoever about regearing, hit me up.

Just about every gear supplier. And don’t forget the ever elusive driver side needle bearing. Replace that with the bushing.

You may wanna grab an assortment of shims. In my experience, I needed, and couldn't find, thinner ones. It kinda held up the job for a day or two

When I did my nitro gears I had to replace the shims and everything else that Toyota had. It's not recommended to re use any of that. This came from a guy that was certified through Yukon 25+ years

Weird. Give ECGS a call and see if they have something not listed on the website. It could be that since it’s an aluminum housing, they wouldn’t want to put that much torque on it maybe.
