The rubber on my Tundra's rear window molding got cracked and looks ugly. I don't know how to remove that piece to strip off the old rubber and spray with new rubber. Can anyone please show me how to remove that molding?

I have the same problem, where did you purchase the new liner?

That's not my truck. That picture is from the internet.
I fixed the molding on the side windows. I bought bumper spray cans from Autozone and sprayed them.
However, removing all old rubber is a PITA. I got to use the heat gun to soften the old rubber, then use razor blades to scrape off. Use sandpaper to roughen the chrome coating. Spray primer on. Then finally is spraying the rubber can on.

Given there are decent instructions in FSM's, it would help knowing what year/model Tundra and even actual pic would help. FSM instructions for your veh could possibly then be provided !

You’d probably net less time by taping off the glass and body and using plastic to cover for overspray.

    1) Blue tape/plastic sheet cover everything.

    2) Rough sand.

    3) Wipe with alcohol.

    4) Spray primer/rubber paint. Pull tape.

The toughest part is removing the old rubber coating. That's why it'll be easier to remove that molding if it's outside.
