Thank you all for the responses. And thank you for the message sent as well!

I'm curious if they are gonna give me money back and/or just do the install for no cost being they bent me over for parts which it sounds like I don't need.

I should have posted on here before I purchased the stuff on Wed. As far as I know the stuff may not have even arrived at the dealership yet. Was to be sent to their parts department.

Will be fun touching base with them tomorrow to see what they have to say!

Thank you all again for the intel!

I used help to guide it, but fit like a glove. I got a used 35" to make sure it fits, but had to buy a new 20" wheel for it on ebay. Also cut some 2" thick boards for the oem jack for my 6" lift .

My first Tundra was a 2021 SR5 TSS. Traded it for a SR5 TRD Sport. Sport has the F&R TRD Sway Bars and Bilstein shocks.

    Handling on the highway comparison:

TSS = Motorized hay wagon out of alignment

    TRD Sport = Porsche 911

The highway manners was the biggest reason I made the swap. Color match was nice too....

Factory tow package and equipment? You’re good to go. Forum searches and YouTube video are your friend and confirm fitment. That’s what i questioned myself since my 07 is used for towing. I have the factory tow package too

There is a washer that you will not be using on both sides if you have a factory hitch. I didn't even know there were tundras without a hitch other than the sport package from back when.

Went back to the local stealership this morning after first calling a different dealership and speaking with someone in parts. Tried to confirm what yall mentioned about the 4070 kit having everything you need etc...etc..... Sure enough. The other place confirmed that the other crap I was billed for was not necessary. So I went to the stealership and they refunded the amount I was charged for the other stuff. But now.....screw em. I will have a buddy with a torque wrench help me install it so these clowns lose out on that money too.

I did not make a scene but was prepared to if need be.

And folks wonder why I drove 90 minutes to buy from another dealer instead of the one 5 minutes from my house.

I hate shady crap like this. No different than the losers taking advantage of elderly with phone scams and such.

Another reason to like my dogs more than people!!

Thanks again for the intel on here!!

It's not hard to install yourself. A buddy would make it even easier. I kept the plastic on the bar and bunched it up to access the mounting points. Last step was to cut it all off.

You will want 22mm and 19mm sockets and a 19mm box wrench.

Torquing u bolts is exhausting as they stretch. Make sure to tighten them evenly. They eventually took 48 ft lbs.

Hey, you know what... I totally missed that when I put mine on. Thanks for calling it out.

An update after driving it for a few weeks... Still am very impressed with how it handles. I made the comment previously about round a bouts and not rolling out of my seat... I realized last night that I drive with my hand resting on the shifter and when I would exit a certain round a bout my hand would shift it from D to S due to the body roll and my shifting in the seat. Since installing it hasn't happened once, and last night I even got on it hard and I still didn't move in the seat. Very recommended!

I went with North Park Toyota (Amazon) in San Antone. Total shipping time was 5 days. I bought two, one for me and one for a gift.

If you google the part number and click the "shopping" you can find some good deals.
There are some Chinese copy's out there so be careful where you order from.

I just installed mine.... 35 minutes with help from my son. Short test drive... noticed a big improvement in the ride. Definitely worth the $$

I asked Sparks about my rear sway bar today
They said Toyota was having some production setbacks but hoped to have orders caught up by the end of January

I hear ya. Love taking this beast on winding roads and highway on ramps! The lack of body roll is impressive.

I recently installed my rear sway (bought from Sparks) to compliment the front done earlier in the week. FedEx (who was supposed to deliver Friday) arrived at halftime Sunday. Since it was the last of the warm days here in VA for some time (62 degrees on Jan 2nd, but snow forecasted for the 3rd), I needed to get this rear sway on and done. I backed into the garage, unpacked and got on it. Easy install (much easier than the front) and I was done by the 4th quarter. The only difference to installation was one less washer needed due to me having the factory two-bolt hitch on the '21 TRD Pro.

Beware the Amazon knockoff bars. They aren’t the same quality, just cheap imitations and not sold from a Toyota Dealer. We’ve had more than 1 member get bit by them. They’re actually pink in color.
