    Bought a used 3rd gen, and notice when the rear cup holders are flipped open, they're only connected to the console by a flimsy wire. Seems like this isn't how it's supposed to be, but i can't figure out how it should be... Anyone mind showing me how theirs work? Thanks

    After spending a lot of time looking for the same thing, the above link is for the other kind of cup holder. The part number for the black one is 71353-0C020-C0.

    I confirmed with recent purchase. See picture.
