Hello from KY fellow Tundra drivers..especially 1st gen!!

My 2006 double cab rear cab window stopped working yesterday. I had rolled it down part of the way then when I got home to roll it back up...nothing. No clicking at all. I have removed the panel and the wiring looks good...no corrosion. Wondering if someone has access to a wiring diagram that would cover this....as I don't know if it's a switch...relay or the motor itself. I have had this truck for about 1 1/2 years and the window has always worked so it's not stuck or from lack of use..at least since I have owned. Thanks

No offense intended, but did you accidentally activate the power window lock switch? I've accidentally done that and thought something went haywire with the window.

Wiring diagrams are linked from the 4th or 5th paragraph over here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/so-you-wanna-buy-just-bought-a-1st-gen-tundra-eh.115928/

But to @Mustanley's point, did you try rolling up/down any of the 3 non-driver windows at their controls, just to make sure the lockout isn't pushed in? It's such an easy button to press. You'd be about the half-dozenth person I've seen do it.

Yes guys I had already checked the window lock and it's not down (but i pushed it off & back on to be sure). Also checked all 4 door windows & all are working. I think all those easy fixes are not to be...unfortunately for me. Lol Thanks for asking though!

Next steps ... If you pop off the back plastic wall to gain access to the motor - which I realize is a not convenient already, but you'll be doint it anyway - IIRC, the motor has three or wires. The ones I remember are one for up+, one for down+, one for ground-. I posted more info around here, but the gist (going from memory) is, separate the harness connection jumper, then use a 9v (or if you have a 12V battery from an alarm or UPS) with a jumper wire to jumper the motor's ground connection to the negative batt terminal, then feed power into each of the other plugs in the connector. The motor should go up and down in each of the other wires if it's OK. If not, you need to replace the motor. If so, you have a wiring issue and need to hit the community megathread I linked above to trace back in the wiring diagrams (EWD).

And to that point, you can use the EWD to figure out the wiring colors. Or use search to find a prior post of mine on it.

Here you go, from quick search:

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/2005-double-cab-rear-window-question.142896/#post-3593138

Quoting that here, and the bolded red info is important to you. 'click to expand' this quote for more, and note, if you have a cordless drill you can probably use its battery as a stopgap for battery source:
