I'm starting to get into camping but might want a stereo system that runs through the back bed. Mainly because I'm often hanging out on my bed near the beach:) My considerations are not to do it all because with the Bluetooth systems you run through your phone, all I really need is a cool speaker system like this,

My main concern is not siphoning power from main battery and being able to play music non stop. I wouldn't mind a second battery hookup without sacrificing much space outside of camping or work requirements. At this point I'm not sure what I want but I do enjoy good music emanating from the bed without having to lower the back window or use the battery. Any suggestions?

I used to jump start people at the drive in all the time, running a radio off the battery will kill it pretty fast. Especially if an amp is involved.

Go for a cool bluetooth speaker but dont go for a small cheap one, get something decent that's rugged. Read reviews on battery life too, when the battery gets low they start sounding distorted.

Dude I still go to the drive in!!! It's pretty awesome to take the kids and live some the vintage times I had there. Back in the day, you didn't need to run the car, the speaker sat in on your window which led to many broken windows and big time spankings. Since the revival though, you do need a radio. I just bought a small one but it works pretty good. Good times roll on forever...Tundra's....

I just use my Milwaukee M 18 Bluetooth stereo. Runs off of my M 18 tool batteries. I like what you got though.
