Yes I know, really pork butt again, yes again. I got this one on sale, 7 pounder for $9.

Prepped and ready for a nights rest then on the smoke, and tomorrow there will be some great pulled pork bbq sandwiches...

This is a rub made by Weber, its their dry rub, I use it often. I keep a couple bottles of it on hand. I have used other rubs, Dillo dust etc all are good. Sometimes I make my own using Aron Franklins recipe from Franklins BBQ, which is on my bucket list to visit.

3 hours in cooking a little hotter than normal but it's cold and some wind and moisture in the air. Also useing a Weber kettle and it's not insulated so I have to compensate for all those variables.
But here it is 3 hours in

So cool to see someone else using their Weber kettle grill to smoke!!! It's the only thing I use! Yeah, it's a time commitment, but the stuff comes out tasting AMAZING!!! Well done sir!!

I've got a Weber smoky mountain too not sure of the size but it's the big one. I used to smoke a lot of different stuff but time has not allowed recently. You're making me want to fire that thing up.
