    Ok guys,

So I have had a set of lights in my office for about 4 months thanks to @Eclipsed & Floating. I split these lights about 2 months ago and got the lenses off of the housings with the factory permaseal almost fully intact. They've been stored with the lens and housing popped back together, with no guts in them.

I have slacked on getting everything painted, but now that I'm finally ready to put them back together, I went to pull the lens from the housing, and just from sitting assembled together for 2 months they were pretty suctioned together. So what if, rather than spending an hour trying to peel all that shit off, I put them back together as is and ran a bead of silicone around the housing to prevent any sneaky leaks. The seal on my current lights is complete garbage, and the housings are cracked all over the place. After 8 months I still have not seen any condensation in them.

Looking for opinions on this if you have any ;).
