Haha, I just got new suspension..new tires, new molle bed panel, new bumper..I always save, my whole flippin’ life. So I finally over indulged I guess. This place really does make you spend.

 

Remember that you can't use the tranny skid if you are thinking about getting the DE skid due to the cat thefts going around.

teaching the wife how to change the oil and she agreed the skid plate was a pain in the ass so she ok'd my purchase.

For those that ordered skid plates and bed rack what time frame did you guys get until your order is available? I called and was told 5-9 weeks

 

It depends on what you ordered. Skid plates are the fastest turnaround. I ordered the powdercoated aluminum engine skid last Thursday. It shipped yesterday and scheduled for Monday delivery.

 

I ordered steel skid plate and steel bed rack.

 

I know a guy that ordered in November and he is still waiting on his fuel skid from them.

 

Is there that much demand or are they just that slow for turnaround?

That's crazy for something that isn't a custom piece.

 

He might want to make sure he actually ordered it since those are usually in stock. The majority of the backorders were shipped prior to this GB starting too.

I ordered the aluminum powder coated engine skid on February 13th and I am getting mine tomorrow according to FedEx.

 

I ordered mine (same powdercoated aluminum) on the 11th and it gets here on Monday.

 

Anyone ordered any bed racks?

Aluminum....its beefy as well.

 

For anyone waiting - I ordered my fuel skid Feb 12 and it arrived today. Just waiting on my alum engine and trans skids.

 

The trans skid won't protect your cats though.

 

Has anyone receive any orders recently from the last group buy?

 

Nope ordered my skids on 2/8 damn been a month yet, don't feel like it...

 

It depends on what you ordered. I got the aluminum powdercoated engine skid. I ordered it Feb 11th, completed on the 17th, and arrived on the 24th.

 

I ordered steel skid and steel 18" bed rack. I called rci and told it it will probably take another month or so.

 

I ordered fuel skid and engine / trans skids is raw aluminum on 2/12. I received the fuel skid last week. No word on the other two.

 

I ordered a steel skid and it's been almost a month. Their website said lead times are 5-6 weeks on those.

 

Ordered sliders 2/9, 6-9 week lead time so roughly half way there

 

Damn. That’s quick. RCI is like 15 miles from me. With a pickup I expect to wait a few weeks on my skid..and probably 2 more months on my sliders!
