Spring is coming and everyone’s getting ready to do some camping, while some are thinking tents, some still need a rack for an RTT and accessories too. I’ve been receiving some questions recently so I figured I’d put something together to help those of you on the fence.

First off, I’d like to say that dealing with @RCIoffroad was nothing short of a fantastic experience!!! I went to their former location in Fort Collins to pick up my bed rack and skid plates. We ended up installing everything together and snapping a few pics.

Below you’ll find my personal shots, a link, and my opinion on this rack

My opinion: PERFECTION when it comes to what I was looking for. I wanted a low profile, low height, light, good looking, nicely priced, and bomb proof rack for my RTT to ride on, while also looking for nice accessory placement. Having space for enough camping gear in the bed for my kids to be comfy was also a necessity. At 75 lbs.......Goal accomplished on all levels. I know there are guys looking to get much lower for off road use but that wasn’t my priority, even though it was still on the agenda.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

When I get to the point where I'm looking at a rack, this will be what I go with. Especially since it has the ability to carry rotopax and TREDPros, and they make a version that'll work with the toolbox I have.

Thank you for the write up! Your 58" dimension has my mind bouncing. I know it's late but maybe tomorrow or whenever you have time could you tell me the centerline dimension of the anchor points? I'm guessing but with an overall length of 58" and the approx centerline of the anchor is 2" inward; it appears that the anchoring dimensions is 54". LMK if I'm close. I might be crazy enough to order the longer rack for my crew max.

Looks good buddy! I've been on the fence on what to do with the bed. I think my latest purchase at SDHQ just decided that lol

@WatTundra your bed sides are not the same length as your bed rails, so does 54” work?

I'll have to check when I get home. I'll pull the "end caps" off the rails and re-verify the overall dimensions.

    Hey @Almaboy nice rack.
It looks very similar in height to my BAMF low profile bed rack. Do you know the measurement from bed floor to the rack from say the center of your truck bed?

After numerous back and forth messages with @Almaboy and 1 long phone call with @RCIoffroad I made the decision to purchase the longer rack for my crew max. I wanted more for my money and to "cover" more of the bed space. I'm beyond happy with my purchase. Now to save up and get some goodies for the rack.

@WatTundra Were you able to Mount the long bed bed rack onto the rails without modification? I am about to put an order in tonight if so.

Looking at this picture, did you remove the two top support braces when you installed your RTT? I have an RCI bed rack and Tepui RTT sitting in my garage ready for install.

Yes, the support braces were unnecessary when the RTT went on
