    4 inch lift on 33s
Good evening, I have been lurking for a while now, I have a 2018 Tundra Platinum with a 4 inch lift on 33X12.5/22 and I LOVE the truck, but there is a rattle when turning in either direction, almost like a heat shield rattle but I don’t think that’s it.
Any ideas or help? Maybe check something I haven’t thought of yet?
Thank you for any and all suggestion!

I have checked that, I seem to have plenty of clearance when wheels are turned sharp in either direction in park, it ONLY happens when turning, otherwise the truck is perfect.

I thought that too, but I don’t see anything coming in contact with it. I’m going to have to just have someone drive it slowly while I walk next to it and see if I can see anything.

They make noise where the plate is bolted to the cross member of the frame. I hit mine with the impact and my noises disappeared.

I’m going to do that this morning and see if that helps. Thank you!

Went out this morning and the skid plate couldn’t get any more tighter, it was solid when I put my impact on it. I turned both wheels sharp in both directions sitting still and they don’t touch anything......if the rattle happened while driving straight I might suspect heat shield but that seems tight, but it only does it on turns, if I take the turn slow enough no rattle...

Dust shield behind front rotors. Bent them out of the way. Problem solved.
    Thank you for the help!
