    Just take your time. I used a glass cutter to score the line, then a new razor blade to cut it.

    Those AVS's are nice. AVS has been making shades/deflectors for decades. Longer than anyone actually. I've used both in channel and out. Never had a problem with either but prefer "out". Better coverage and no motor strain. Several years ago I had some in channels. Got quite cold and icy. My driver side window froze to the visor and when I rolled down the window the visor came with it. Probably a rare event but can happen. Never had the "out" type come off in my case but it can happen. Adhesives used now are quite good. Proper surface prep is key.

    Agreed! Cleaning the surfaces, alcohol and adhesion promoter just in case and I've never had problems with these. Been over a year now and proven within the Texas heat on a black truck.

    Has anyone have tinted windows and has it peeled from the top since its a tight fit when closing. Im planning on getting the in channel weather tech, just wanted to know if its an issue before I purchase. Thanks
