Just bought a used 2011 Crewmax Limited. Had to put new engine, evaporator (had to dismantle whole dash), and other details. My radio does not work. Screen asks for navigation CD (there is one in it), but nothing works except the load button: no radio, CD, backup screen, no navigation, etc. Is it worth repairing, or better to get after market replacement with similar issues. Don't have hardly any money left to invest, and I still have to do a paint job...

The 2nd gen navigation units don't exactly have the best reputation for long term reliability. Rhino/Phoenix radio make Tundra specific head units and bigger units that also replace the HVAC controls. Dasaita makes just a head unit sized item that's reasonably priced and should be plug and play for everything except the reverse camera.

Thanks! Will continue fixing items that need repairs that are less expensive for now.
