Time to get a test light and check the plug that goes into the radio for power. All fuses are good, radio could be bad now.

I would think that it would take alot to fry it. It was working initially when I hooked the battery back up. There was a power and ground wire for the camera that I hooked up to the camera switch and thats when it stopped working.

If the pins weren't sitting straight.
I can't understand either. If all the fuses are good then there should be power at the plug that's why I said check the plug. I don't have anymore ideas.
    :notsure: Sorry.

I wish I had a spare HU to send you to give it a test. Maybe someone has one kicking around that they wouldn’t mind loaning out.

One option would be to buy a harness for my Pioneer that I took out of my 2013 and see if I have power or not. If not, that would rule out the radio being bad.

Geezus, for the love of GOD @Tundra234 turn on the key, take your meter, test your acc and constant power pins on your connector (to a good ground), and see if the radio is getting power as @Jim LE 1301 suggested.
That way you'll know if it is a fuse or and internal issue with the Entune HU..
If the Entune is bad, reconnect everything back to stock and take it to the dealership for warranty work,

There are two power sources for the 2020 HU. The 15A "RADIO" fuse from the battery and the 10A "ECU-IG1 NO. 4" fuse. They should be in the driver's side kick panel fuse block. I haven't looked at the 2020 Fuse data but that's where it was on the 2017-2019 trucks.

Both power signals go to J202. The left side Gray 28-pin connector of the head unit. The 15A battery voltage is on Pin 4 (Lavender/Sky Blue wire) and the 10A IG power is on Pin 19 (beige wire). Here's the connector diagram. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the input. I will take a look at it today. Hopefully it is the ECU-IG1 fuse, the radio fuse was good. I cant see frying the radio that easily.

Is there a fuse on the back of the radio? Have you checked that one? Seems like if everything else is working it should be isolated to one of those three....

Damn, well hopefully it will be the one you haven’t checked yet. If not, I gues it is safe to assume the radio is fried. I sold mine awhile back - otherwise I would have sent to you.

This happened to me when testing to use the anytime backup camera harness on my wife's rav4 with the 360 view cameras. It's not compatible due to the multiple cameras and when flipping the switch it blew a fuse, whole radio was a no power up. The fuse was located in the kick panel although I don't remember which one, I do recall it not being what I thought it should be and hard to find. Start pulling more of them.

Problem solved. It was the 5 amp ECU ACC fuse. I did not turn the camera on to see if it blows or not. 20201013_085152.jpg

Does the 2020 system have more than one camera? I'm assuming you stole this off your other truck. Curious to see what happens when you hit the switch now...
