Paul, very sorry for your loss. Hopefully you can forgive and find peace.
I lost my dad two years ago and I found that screaming at the top of my lungs while driving helps, and a punching bag.

It's amazing how fragile we are and how quickly crazy things can happen. I guess this is the best forum to tell your story...reminding people how dangerous these things are.
And it might also be the best place to vent if you need to in the days and weeks to come. Relative strangers online seem a pretty good platform, as strange as it seems. Especially a group like this, who can probably empathize.

May God bless you. I lost my mother at a young age, so I have an idea what you're going through.

However, no one really knows what you are dealing with except you and God.

I hope it helps to know that people care.

There is nothing better than a good mother.emoji_u1f64f_a929b7f5bfe89c6b77a21d492d4733babca24a0d.png

God bless you friend. Just know that Jesus Christ is close to the broken hearted and He will comfort those who mourn and He will make all things work for good for those that love Him. I hope that you can find some comfort with these facts. Love you and God bless you

Thank you for all your concern, It's been a big help to get me out of my own head right now. It's gona take alot of time to heal these wounds. I'm not even over my Father yet, 11-12-19 who was my best friend in the world, I was his mini-me. (we look just alike) Let alone the 5 people I lost in 2017-2018, all before there time. My Dad always said, "Stay strong for the people that need you"

I just want to clear up confusion in case you saw it on the news. Technically my stepmother, but like a mother to me for over 40 years. My real Mother passed in June of 2018. My Father had a stroke June 2019, mentally gone and finally passed November 2019. I'm still in shock over this. The Son of the Driver will make it, but it's gona be a long recovery, and who know the outcome if there will be disabilities. The driver, my Mom's friend is in utter shock, not sure she will come out it. What makes it hard is I know this family, they are not total strangers. So excuse me for blabbing so much, just trying to get out of my head.
