I haven't done much correction either. I use Lake Country for polishing paint. Tell ya what though I like Griots black polish pads for finish work. I use the blue Lake Country and follow it with the black Griots, shine is... well like your truck. Most people don't like Griots polish pads, but they work for me...

Oh, yeah. I know. My 'used' new baby will ONLY have the best put on him/her. (still working on a name). Lol. I'll be spending quite a bit. I happened to notice on Amazon earlier, an antenna that was a lot shorter than the taller one that's standard on the Tundra's. It was only like $19.00. it states it's better than the standard one. Have any of y'all seen it?

heard likes & heard dislikes about the short antenna from Tacoma friends. Suspect it has to do w/ how strong signals are in your neighborhood.

@NUDRAT well, we are talking about Tacos there, NOT Tundras! o_O. I'll have to look again, but these were specifically for Tundra's. And, yes it may have something to do with the area your in. But, not a bad Price

Might be a different threaded mount on the fender Tundra v. Taco, but they'll use the same universal antenna cable to the same Toyota radio. ...At least IME - it's the same radio in my 2003 Tundra & 2002 Tacoma. So.... Chances are good it's the same antenna used.

A branch removed the antenna from my Taco. I skipped it all & plugged a boating 'wire' antenna in to the radio, ran the wire across/inside the dash. Worked great w/o an outside mast to get damaged on a trail. ….then the mast fell to a pile & reception is horrific. Need to open the dash & fix that, but on trails you listen to the CB & in town a CD get the job done until it's warm again.

    LOL.
Tundra is about to turn 208k. But I just got it - can't take credit.
Taco is about to turn 207k.
Pius is about to turn 151K.
They are all 'no color' that was so popular in the early 2000's. Taco is Lunar Mist. Don't know the name of the other two. All some slight variant of silver.
