    The painted rear bumper is part of the Safety and Convenience package which includes Parking sensors, cross traffic, and rear matching bumper, because my SR5 has it. However, I have no clue how his has the painted front bumper but that is next on my want list is to rid of the chrome bumper in the front and the grill surround.
