Yea lots of cats being stolen. We’ve had quiet a few prius in the dealer with abnormally loud exhaust complaints. Needless to say the cats are gone. They’re targeting hybrids (because the cats are worth 4 regular cats in scrap) and trucks..

I’ve found the best solution to prevent cat theft is to simply REMOVE the cats!

(ok just kidding, park in well lit areas, leave the vehicles very visible, and maybe invest in some skids)

There is an insane amount of CAT thieves in my area. Cops are constantly busting them and they'll have 5 to 10 CATs in their cars with several different SawZalls and blades. I've considered buying or making a guard to cover it. And my truck is stock height. These thieves were stealing from Honda Civics and Toyota cars.

Totaling an entire vehicle for $100, wow. Might as well set them on fire too while they are at it.

    Thieves should get the rope.

$10k for cats? Hell, for that much I'd go with some aftermarket hi-flows, and some headers, and a supercharger.

I duped all of them and got a 2019. It does not have a tranny cooler. They stay away from mine. I also have a fake grenade with fishing line to the pin duct taped to my CAT. Or is it fake?
