I bet those guys are pissed when they see a Tundra blow 'em away (prolly not the F250 or the Dakota though, lol). 11.46S and 3.1 sec 0-60? I would rather take your Tundra than any suped up Dodge product. You are a master of your craft. Good luck getting it onto the 10's

In listening to your track runs in my headphones, it sounds like (and it's solely based on how it sounds) you might benefit from rearing the rear end? I didn't see anywhere in this thread that you changed that, or did you? You get a Massive rip through the first and second gears, but then it seems to drag out a bit before getting the upper shifts. Possibly a higher (taller) diff ratio will shorten the gap and pick up a tenth or 2? This is again just shooting ideas that might help you succeed in this quest. I once had a quest for a sub 10 sec Toyota too, but I never got to the track to see how fast it really was. I never lost a race, and those I beat all said they were in the 11sec club. I did it with an 86 4runner back in the 1900's lol. Anyways, I just want to really see a sub 10 Toyota happen for you!

Great job at the track, have you had this thing dyno'd yet, or did I miss it? Also, any upgrades to your trans beyond the valve body?

It takes a while to get to the shift point partly because it shifts at 7K RPM, so there is a lot more time spent in each gear.
It has 4.3:1 gears in it right now and the next step up is 4.88:1, which is quite a big jump.
I have briefly thought about playing with diff gear ratios, but my concern is that it will have to shift into 5th at the top of the 1/4 mile and lose time because of that extra shift.
There are so many things I want to do to the truck, but as always, money is the limiting factor. :(

Still just the VB and the trans tune.
Dyno will be coming up this winter, I am guessing 650+ whp?

Thanks for the link, that pipe looks awesome even if a bit pricey and requiring TIG welding it up.

I hate this thread because every time it pops up I start looking at SC's.

Awesome stuff. A lot of it is half greek to me (wiring and such is more my strength), but it is impressive to watch.

After throwing down the cash for the snout, upgraded throttle body with signal converter...this is chump change :)

    https://www.aeroflowperformance.com...10-500-aluminium-donut-5-welded/category/704/

I was thinking of doing this...LS snout, chop 1-1.5" or so off the throttle body and weld on a Vibrant HD clamp, then weld the other side of the clamp to the donut slice and 5" aluminum after that to the stock location with a larger hole in the inner fender.

You are right, relatively speaking. The snout, TB and signal converter were $1700 USD plus shipping lol. I am just cheap and always looking to save some on this money pit.
