    I was hitting it with a 100 shot when I ran 11.4
I’ll go to whatever it takes to get to 9.xx once the blower is maxed, probably will need a 200-300 shot I’m guessing

Did you design the pulley or did the machine shop?

My overly conservative preference would be steel in the larger rim with 0.001-002" interference on the hub, but bwdik. The extra weight is probably in the wrong performance direction. Hopefully, you'll get to try it out before Summer.

Machine shop did. Steel was going to be super heavy, and sap the power from the engine as you mentioned.

Awesome! Were you able to use the same belt still? Interested to see how much more boost it makes than the other one.

I had to use a longer belt with this setup. The boost went up by about 3 PSI :)

I'm curious what else you had to do to "delete" the air injection system besides setting the secondary air fault A & B values to 86* I just installed the Harrop TVS2650, and removed the valves and pumps while I was in there...

Turn off all air injection related fault codes with HPTuners.

With the new pulley truck ran the best boost-only 1/4 mile time of 11.71 (spinning in AWD through the whole first gear) and best boost-only trap speed of 115 mph :)

    Cool new "Viktor" intro...professional.

That belt problem is going to be a tough one. Beyond the capabilities of the local machine shop.

This makes me recall what was said to be happening with the S/C'd 1st Gen Tacomas ( I had one of these) when the blowers were overdriven. Although they were merely 4 rib belts and the interface was less, it was claimed that at higher RPMs the belts were floating off the pulley because the air couldn't escape from between the pulley and the belt, a kind of hydroplaning and then slipping. I wonder if this could've been what may have happened where the belt became askew and wandered off the pulley given the additional RPMs created by that huge crank pulley. Food for thought...:sandwich::monocle:

I noticed one mod you can do to reduce your times. You've removed your headrest but not the passenger's, probably worth a few thousandths . Keep on keepin' on!

    LOL
The driver side headrest is still inside the truck on the floor, so no weight reduction was achieved, I just can't fit my big head and a helmet comfortably there with it still on

This is really awesome stuff @ViktorG !!!
I love seeing those "Big muscle" cars in the rear view, just drifting away.

...and no one can say you don't have any balls to go through with a project like this... maybe because you post your nuts now as part of your intro! Lol. I laugh every time I start watching your videos.
