You guys do my heart good and I'm proud of you.
68 years old and I lived those years. Best car performance years of all time.
I built a 1970s Dodge Challenger with a friend back in the early 80s.
440 w/ custom semi hemi heads (ran the piston up into the cylinder head), Twin Holley center squirters, roller cam.
That motor put out a clean 780 HP on pump gas.
Those were the days. I know what your saying about body gettin old.
Mine is telling me things I shouldn't do anymore also so just jumping under the car now is not a regular snap judgement thing.
You have a lot of us "seasoned wrenches" rooting for you from our hearts. Good luck with her.

    This is my girl.
Original owner, 150k miles on her and the engine is tight.
Slight mods over the years, EGR rework, chipset, suspension (Bilstiens, sway bars, adjustable panhard bar).
Re apolstered driver seat for the invetable Trans am set bolster wear.
You can eat off the engine and the inside is clean.

I built a 383 for my CJ5, it was epic, I can't imagine a roots blower on it. Thanks for sharing your build.
