Primer pricing is ridiculous even if I could find some locally.

It didn’t take long to get what I wanted for them.
    At first, by the case.

I guess the best example of real price gouging would be adjusting your price by some perceived or known quantity like income. I know an owner of a local plumbing company that will bill differently for the exact same job depending on if he thought he could get it... if you looked successful, you got billed at a much higher rate.

Shit, that's a STEAL! With limited supply of new Tundras and the new one expected to be doing away with the V8, I'm asking $80K for my '20 SR5 with 7600 miles. Once the TTV6 is comfirmed I'm going to $100K!!

I'm going to get lambasted for this but ammo is not a necessity. If you don't like the price, you can wait until it goes down.

Electricity, natural gas and food (and maybe toilet paper, depending on how many magazines you subscribe to) are necessities. So when your grocery store decides to jack prices up because there's a hurricane coming, for example, that's gouging and should be illegal. Ignoring the hoarders and panic buyers, it's not about supply and demand or maintaining inventory because they'll sell everything they have regardless of what they charge. And the average consumer is going to buy it regardless of the price so they can survive the event. So why should the store get to rake in a handsome profit because of a natural disaster (again, for example)?

You can argue that there MAY be some unique scenario where a truck is a necessity but most of the time it's not and definitely not a Pro.

:frusty: Why does nobody understand supply and demand, supply is low and demand is high they can ask 100k if somebody buys it then that’s what it’s worth.

Many folks that live in very remote parts of Alaska including the 1st Nation folks, that is only accessible by bush plane or boat certain times of the year, rely upon sustenance hunting which requires ammo. A necessity.......not to mention the big white and brown bear issues.

    Flux capacitor!
I’ve been searching for another GMC 2500 HD Denali or AT4. All the dealers in my area can’t keep them on the lot. They are selling before they arrive at the dealership now. Some of the dealerships are tying to ask for $5k over MSRP! That’s makes as $80k MSRP truck into a $85k truck before the TT&L. This is also an issue with at the Ford dealerships in my area. Funny enough Dodge still has plenty of discounted Ram trucks on the lot.
