Nice! Love catching small jaws. It's cool you have them there just like we have them on the White River chain (Beaver, Table Rock, Bull Shoals). What Ranger do you have!

Just a tiny 175vs from 2003. I'll run 48-50gps for me so it scoots like a go-cart. Bought the truck to tow it. Love Texoma and pass quite a few lakes to go there. Always worth it for smallmouth, largemouth, spotted or striped bass. One of the few lakes in the country you can catch them all.

We had a 1997 R70 with 115 and a 2010 170 with a Yamaha 4-stroke 115. Traded the 2010 for a 2007 188vs with a low hour 175 HPDI and Bob's hydraulic plate, I believe it's at about 210hrs now. I like the 188 especially with the deck extension going all the way to the console but that 2010 170 was sweet especially with the 4-stroke.

It scoots. Could spin a taller prop but like a quick holeshot.

You guys see this lake trout caught in CO this week?

    8D797E73-8A5B-46DC-8017-8F22F95FE674.jpg

“Breckenridge local Tanner Wilson, 11, caught an estimated 30-pound lake trout, sometimes known as a mackinaw fish, while fishing with his father Tuesday, April 21, at a Summit County reservoir.”

They released it so now I know where I want to go fishing.

Humminbirds and Ultrex!! When I updated my 07 Ranger I did a 10" Onix SI at the console, 10" Helix DI at the bow, and Fortrex TM. We'll I'll be dog goned if a couple months later the Ultrex and Solix came out. Still considering an Ultrex and a Helix 10 G3 Mega DI for the bow but I've been spending too much lately and really haven't been able to get my boat on the water. I've spent more on Shimano reels and G Loomis NRX rods in the past year I could have had both and almost enough for a Solix G2 Mega SI to replace the Onix .

    Fantastic specimen!

    Fish fry tonight!

@FrenchToasty is this a face reveal, or just a buddy?

(I cannot post pics at my house. I will drive up the road, and edit in pics later. Rest assured. Good eating happening tonight!)

Haha all me! Ain’t skeered to show my mug.
For some reason this is just a really good camera angle, it’s no 24”er haha, maybe 7”. They just stocked it so most are small, I got 7 or so but I’ll be responsible and let them grow into hogs for another day.

Went out on the kayak, got into a bunch of red's, but all 16"-17". Thought I finally had a slot fish, only to be duped by this guy. 20" striper, which I couldn't keep. Great day on the water:D
