Installed some led rear running/ brake lights today and popped the running light and brake light fuse...shouldn't putting an led brake light in not affect anything?

It could cause a short because there is not enough load. Put one standard bulb in and ome led and see if they work. If they both do, you need to solder in some resistors to make the leds work

The running worked like that but it knocked out the brakes, it could be because they aren't ck compatible. I thought I got ck ones but maybe not.
