Poll: what gen are you taking to T2S?

Tundras 2 Sedona(Arizona) is at the end of April. Who's taking what?

 

I’ll be bringing a best gen, but I’m ok with trans-gen mingling

 

What is T2S and is childcare available?

As you know, when you get out on the trail and have some laughs, all gens matter. I feel closer to all that I’ve shared trail dust with!

 

So no older kids to play with my kids? And during school time? I guess nothing fun like this during summer? Looking for someone to keep kids alive and most of their blood inside the body…

 

I didn’t want to derail another thread, so I left a good 3/4 paragraph out of there, mainly in non paragraph form, so that’s why I didn’t post, it was just all over the place….. but I know you know! Leave some trail dust on Saturday and I’ll see if I sniff it out on Sunday

 

I was only up there a day for the October event, but I thought I remembered reading there would be kids activities somewhere around camp. More details should be coming soon, so keep an eye out.

 

There are kids of all ages coming, I’d say conceived at the event-79 years of age?
But there will be kids of all ages there, plenty of broken bone opportunities. My 3 and 5 yo will be ripping dirt up there

 

Super fun kids raffle that also involves a…… scavenger hunt to get raffle tickets, lots of tundra related scavenge finds, it was fun to help out!!!

Man, that sucks that it seems like I missed all the good stuff. My goal this year is to get my kid more comfortable camping (and more importantly, outdoor bathrooms…) so I can bring him next year. He still talks about the outing a few weeks ago and hanging with his buddy in the cave lol.

 

Nothing teaches like necessity. He'll poop in a can if that's all he's got. Take him with you.

You’d think that… but that’s not how it went down in October. He’s definitely used to creature comforts, which I blame on his mom. I’ve been working on it though.

 

Haha boys club!!!! I still wonder if they actually saw a snake, my son has been known to tell some tall tales, teachers at school have asked us strange questions! Friday and Saturday are prime days to be there for sure!

 

I read the faq. Sounds actually like something pretty doable. I have never attempted something like this but I could potentially try.

 

Are the dates posted? Or just general timeframe ?

5.5 hour drive. Not too bad.
