    1. There is no poll available to vote on.
    2. I say keep the chrome accents. I guess I'm 1 of the few who like it. I personally will be leaving a bit on my truck.

    -to leave it alone

But I don't think you would need high temp paint for the tips.

I did my pipes some time last year using VHT.
It looked great for a few months but eventually started to flake off.

    >>>>>Paint the flares and bed cover rivets black. I use hi heat spray paint on my tips. So much better than chrome and easier to maintain. IMHO.

I’ve got the same Diamondback cover and flares as well. Badges and exhaust tip are black. I’d been thinking of linex on the grille and bumpers along with painting the rivets black or doing the flares in linex. So do you black out all the chome on the cover also?

I am all for you making the exhaust tips black. I did by switching to a flowmaster outlaw system.

Thank you guys for all the kind words and praise of my truck, it's much appreciated. I also appreciate all your opinions and feedback on the matter. Unfortunately, due to a very split poll, it doesn't make it any easier on me to decide to paint or leave alone. As it should it just comes down to what I ultimately want and like. I was kinda hoping there would be a consensus on it and make my decision easier. Looks like I'm still as undecided as I went into it. I think I will take my time on this matter, not rush into it and make a very thought out decision on it.

Regardless, of whatever my decision ends up being, which I just can't make at this time, I want to thank everyone for their input and taking the time to offer their opinions. You guys are awesome.

This is an easy solution. Paint one exhaust black and leave the other one chrome and then paint every other rivet black
    Best of both worlds
For real I would leave it alone but after seeing some of the black exhaust tips painted black posted on here it looks pretty badass

Because he won't have to spend half of his life washing his truck. Everyone knows (well almost everyone) that darker colors show dirt every time you fart. LOL

If you're overly concerned with a vehicle showing dirt, why are you driving a 4x4 truck?

I can vouch for that; I tried to remove the tip from my stock exhaust to part sell on Craigslist, separate from the rest of the system. Ended up just leaving it on because it wouldn't budge without a lot of effort.

    I agree 100%
Black out all the pipes with just the TRD PRO sweet ass tips in their original chrome... In fact, looking closer at all the pics of your truck, I think you might need to polish those up a little, lol! The brighter the chrome, the darker the black looks too. 100% monochromatic looses something imo. You have done a very sweet job sculpting your rig... Looks F'ing awesome.
After reading this thread, I am going to do just this very mod to my truck.
    I vote:
    Black Pipes
Sweet ass TRD PRO chrome tips.
