Anyone running a cig lighter plug-in power inverter that they like? I'm not looking to wire in anything permanently. I want to be able to plug in my Dewalt charger to charge my power tool batteries if need be and maybe some other things if need be.

You could also go this route. I have one for the Milwaukee M18.

Thanks, but trying to keep it more universal in case I need to plug other things into it as well.

I know what you mean. I also carry one in my truck but I have never used it. I'll check it out tonight and let you know the make/model and how it works.

I figure it's kind of like a fire extinguisher. You'll probably never need it, but you'll be glad you have it if the need arrives.

That’s pretty cool I didn’t know they had that for the Milwaukee. I have adapters for my Milwaukee battery so that I can plug my phone into it to charge off of the battery. It would be cool to be able to recharge my M 18 battery as well. Then of course probably make that cigarette lighter hot 100% of the time. I’ve gone on hikes before and just taken one M 18 battery along with the USB adapter so I could recharge my phone if I needed to.

Yeah I liked it because it’s pretty inexpensive and I already own five batteries. At first I was looking for something like you posted until I came across this for much cheaper.

I also have their Bluetooth radio that will run off the M 18 battery or charge the M 18 battery if plugged into an outlet. It also has a USB adapter to charge your phone. I love stuff LOL!

It will come in handy for me as well. I got 12 M18 batteries. :anonymous: Most people stocked up AA batteries for emergency I went with M18s. I have several different Milwaukee M18 lights and lanterns.

Damn! I do have one lantern m18. But I’ve got a generator for emergencies. Thank you Cosco LOL.

Also propane lantern for camping as well along with stove etc.

You are well prepared for emergencies. I still need a generator. It's been on my list for a long time.

Watching this ... I don't really "need" one... But that's a terrible reason not to have one.

I ended out going with this one. The outlets are kinda close (as they are with most of them for whatever reason), but they were on top. Will use it a few times to test it out when I get it. We'll see how it goes.
