A lot of them are personal preferences.
    • I like leather due to its ease of cleanup. With a cloth, I've always managed to get it dirty, sticky, and unable to clean properly (it seems like I'm just smearing dirt around)
    • 360-degree cameras are helpful if the driver is not used to driving "behemoths" or if other family members need to drive the truck sometimes.
    • The bigger screen is a strange feature—I'm not watching movies or working on that thing. All I need to see is the map. I was okay using my phone in a holder for over ten years. Sure, it's nice, but it's not significantly improving my life. The big screen limits access to the tray/charging port on a center dash, making it unusable. I only store the Fastrak highway toll tag there.
    • I haven't seen value in heated seats for a very long time, but I got them in my previous daily driver, and I was sold. It was great to jump in after skiing in a warm car and not to freeze my butt off. I have back issues, and heat helps with them (but you can always get 12v heated pads).
    • A rear-view camera mirror is cool and might help with headlight reflection when driving at night. But between the tinted rear window and dimming, it's not necessary, IMO.
So, for me, the real value would be in leather, heated seats, and possibly 360 cameras. It's not worth $11k in my book. Someone here or in the other thread mentioned that aftermarket leather can be added for a few grand, and supposedly, you can add heaters at the same time.

In the end, it's a personal choice. If you can afford it and it will make you happy, go for it. It's nice to have nice things. If it were me, I would look at aftermarket leather, spend some money on a strip club, and save the rest.

    What’s wrong with stock?
I have the SR5 premium. The only things I think are missing is:
    Leather
    A/c seats
    Acoustic glass
USB ports in rear sear (I installed Toyota kit)
Button on tail light (I added using Toyota parts and an aftermarket adapter)

I have the rest of the stuff for far less money.

You beat me to the acoustic glass comment. I test drove limited and platinum hybrids and really noticed a difference in cabin quietness. Got the plat.

I have the SR5 TRD OR with the heated / power seats. Kinda wish I had AC seats and the tailgate button. What I REALLY regret not having is the 360 degree panoramic view. I thought I was really good at parking big vehicles, but quickly realized it was only because the wife's Yukon has the 360 degree cameras.
