    Paint is much better than dip... if it sticks. Did you just paint over the chrome? I'm about to paint mine too but I have the grey grille, not the chrome one. I peeled a little bit of the plastidip off powerwashing my truck.

    Yeah I've been down this road before on an f150 I had. I doubt it'll stick real well but maybe it'll get me by until I figure something else out.
