I've noticed that there are two plastic inserts located right behind the grille on either side of the radiator. I'll attach pics in a follow up post.

The driver's side one is secured down with plastic fasteners. The passenger one is loose. I can see that it should have several fasteners holding it in place, but they are missing. It doesn't really have anywhere to go anyway since I've got to bend it to get it out, but, two questions:

    1) What is the purpose of these things? Funnel air onto the radiator? I can't see anything else they might be doing.

    2) Does anyone know where I can get some more of these type of fasteners to get the passenger side snapped in correctly?

    Thanks

Driver's side (secured) first, and then passenger side

Those are air deflectors for cooling. Give me a sec and I'll get you the part number for the fasteners.
