    My 13 year old Benni is down to 17lbs from 19.5lbs. She's been sick but has been doing better now that she's medicated.

    Yeah, Gaga was diagnosed diabetic and is on insulin shots....all she wanted to do was drink and didn’t eat for a bit, but she’s now stable and with maybe another pound and some time maybe she’ll be off shots

    Benni was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Basically her heart was too big and pushing on her airway causing her to have a bad cough because fluid in her lungs. We been medicating her for a few months now and it wasn't getting better. We thought because of her age she was on her last leg. Then her cheek swelled up and we found out she has two infected teeth. So now we have to give her antibiotics and a pain killer plus her normal.meds.and an extra.dose.of the diaretic med. She's starting to eat again and acting more like her old self. She's always been super active and he weight had never changed more than 0.3 lbs prior to her being sick. She has another vet visit Monday. I'm hoping she's healthy enough for them to pull the rotten teeth.

    With any “major” mod / addition such as an RTT, make sure you have the time to do so and not rush it. We got it on and it’s solid but had to reorient different from the original plan and hurrying you may make a mistake, so allow for this possibility.
