I'm thinking of getting some n Fab running boards. The polished stainless steel ones and getting them coated in line x. Does anyone have the n Fab on an MGM?

I realize this is an old post I still referred to this thread when shopping for my running boards. Got it finally and installed myself.

Went with the Tygers. Seem really nice so far. Robust enough to eat a rock or two and save the truck.

The total cost, including the hard ware was under $200. But it took several weekends. The brackets are 1/4" plate steel, that I cut with plasma then tacked to make "angle iron" brackets. All of the measuring and the few holes that were drilled were a bitch. There's a couple OEM 3/8" nuts welded inside the frame in a couple spots. I completely drilled those out to fit the 1/2" hardware. All primered and painted, then filled the holes with some outdoor silicon for rust protection.

I built them so that I could lift the truck with my high lift. And they work.

Do you have a pick with door open? Enough width to still use as a step? Look sharp!

I'll take a pic when i get home. They can still be used as a step just can't fit your entire boot on there
