I would need to measure it... but im guessing 1.5" or 2" goes beyond the edge of the fenders. (sidewall included)

No need to check exact measurements, just looking for an idea! I want to avoid flares/having the side of the truck beaten up!

Could you take some pictures of the front and how close you are to the body mount? Perfect fitment and stance my friend.

Also how do you achieve a 3/3 lift? Isn't 3/2 only available? Forgive my newbness.

This is about as close as it gets. Approx 3/8"-1/2". (see pics)
Im sure if the truck was rock crawling or doing a bunch of wheel-stuffing offroad work... something would touch somewhere.
I dont have a pic of the front bumper clearence but its about the same. All the mudflaps are off and front lower splash was also removed.
My truck never leaves pavement and the tires have never touched or rubbed anything.

The spacer lift (that some like to criticize) was ordered as a 3/1 kit and I added 2" shackles.
Im not a fan of big blocks under the rear leafs. (But I am a fan of big block chevys):D

    Hope that helps.20200905_103022.jpg 20200905_103009.jpg s.

That totally helps!!! I am curious if different tires would have an effect as well.

I tend to lean more towards suspension based lifts rather than spacers. But I don't think its something to criticize. It's your truck so you do what you want to it!

I am trying to figure out a combination of spacer/bilstein lift to allow me to fit 35s or at least close to it.

    Thanks again for the info!

I dont take the spacer criticism personally... as I understand the function, application and benefits for both spacer kits and suspension lifts. In my "pavement princess" application... a suspension lift is a complete waste of money. If I went offroading regularly, the spacer lift would be stupid and a suspension lift is the obvious answer... so there's that.

I think most importantly... you need to pick a good wheel offset that works with whatever lift and tire you choose. +18 to +25 is the sweet spot as so many here have indicated.
When you get into negative offsets... the wheel/tire arc is much larger and it will hit the cab mount and the bumper with even smaller tires.

As far as tires are concerned... some run larger or smaller than others of the exact same numerical size. I think my 35x12.5 Nittos are actually 34.6" IIRC... and not a true 35" diameter.
Studying tire specs can be helpful before plunking down the cash.

Very true. I had Ridge Grapplers on my 4Runner before I sold it and loved them. Had a bit of rub until I did the fender liner mod. Hoping to get those again. Just looking the comparison of Ridge Grappler to Terra Grappler the diameter is 34.76" vs 34.53". Not a ton but could make the difference between rubbing and not.

Currently my truck has some giant gaudy XD rims the previous owner got. 22x11 with 305/45/22s Terra Grappler G2s. Rub at full lock. I subscribe to the more tire than wheel fan club rather than more wheel than tire.

The Dirt King arms have been great and the truck aligned without issue. I think I mentioned prior I was going for low maintenance so was specifically looking for a UCA with a ball joint option. I did add the caps, as otherwise the area above the ball joint would fill with water and debris. That was an extra $50 but worth it imo. The caps install via o-ring which is nice for when you need to pull them off to get to the zerks.

it’s awesome so far, my wife says she feels like we’re riding in a car and not a truck. It’s only been on for 1 day literally, but I’ll be sure and post long term stats throughout the year.
It seems to help with bed bounce and overall handling.
All be going hunting in a few weeks- so I’ll be sure to update with off-road performance

I love the 35s crammed in there so much.

Toyed 37s so much but talked myself out of them, love that stuffed goodness though. But I'm not willing to do a cab mount chop on this truck.
