anyone using the Weathertech CupFone in the front cup holder under the dash?
Thought using that forward cup holder might be a good choice and the phone is
out of the way and close to a charging source.

it also comes with a 4in extension so the phone can be positioned 4 in up/down & forward/back?

Thanks for the post, just found this on Amazon and will be purchasing. I upgraded my console with the wireless charger but that's where the wifes phone seems to always be! Here's the link for anyone following: https://www.amazon.com/SCOSCHE-PCXL...refix=tundra+proclip+mount,aps,74&sr=8-3&th=1

Love my Scosche magic mount. Phone never falls and the tundra has a perfect mounting spot for it

Annnnnnd looks like I struck out. Installed the Pro Clip + Scosche Magic Mount and it won't charge my Samsung SG21, it says "incompatible with charging device" (I've contacted the vendor for help). Charges just fine in my wireless console, and other wireless chargers.

I always end up with ProClip. They are a little on the expensive side but work very well.

    Too many, but not enough....
Ics fab or Rago. My ics is rock solid and their chargers fast. I was skeptical but it doesn't move or vibrate at all.

I think you will be very happy, and the 2nd gens have some good clean places to mount those. If you hate it, pretty cheap gamble. Good luck.

Yeah, unfortunately... The proclip + scosche magic mount work great - except for the fact that it doesn't charge my phone (a samsung SG21). So I've been back and forth with the people from scosche and they've been very responsive, asking me to try different things, but they've come to the conclusion that the magic mount is not compatible with Note20 or SG21 phones. They've asked if I would like to exchage for the magic grip instead. (which has standard clip config versus a magnet). I'm going to give it a shot.

I second this. I use the squeeze vent kit and attach it to the defrost vent that points to the side windows. It stays out of the way and my phone sits in front of the side pillar so it does not block my view of the road. I even have one for my wife on the passenger side. They have never moved or fell out.
