Your bumpers are the best looking bumpers I’ve seen! What would the shipping be on a front shipped to 95661?

Does the BD Onx6 fit in the tundra hole or just the s8?

This was designed for the Baja Designs S8, but with a little bit of modification the OnX6 will also work. Longer hardware and a spacer might be required to secure the OnX6 since it's dimensionally different than the S8 (customers currently do this on our Tacoma bumpers). Another thing to note is the possibility of the light bar being cutoff. It most likely won't effect light output, but the edges of the bezels might not be seen fully.

We are an Authorized Baja Designs Dealer and carry some of their lighting here:

Hmm, maybe I will just get the s8 then. Was thinking I would go for the higher output.

Performance wouldn't be effected, just some minor visual changes. Here is a Tacoma rocking the OnX6. As you can see it's only slightly cutoff:

We've received a few questions about our Rock Sliders and top plates. The most common is whether or not they provide more standing room.

The top plates do allow for a tiny bit more standing area and less chance of smaller foot slipping between the tubes. We typically don't have issues, but the plates do help prevent that. Sliders without top plates also work as steps, but be careful when wet or muddy. We recommend putting a small line of grip tape to prevent feet from slipping.

Do you have a link to the modifications they did to the bumper on this truck to make it fit?

Let me see if I can find the specifics for you. It's a hardware change, but that's it. In the meantime, maybe one of the @Baja Designs guys can chime in with the exact dimensional differences

Here is a quick comparison using the 10" LED Light Bar:

    S8 LED Light Bar
End Cap to End Cap - 11.63"
    Screen Shot 2018-06-06 at 9.13.35 AM.jpg

    OnX6 LED Light Bar
End Cap to End Cap - 11.375"
    Screen Shot 2018-06-06 at 9.21.09 AM.jpg

The difference is ~.26" which would require a small spacer (or stack of washers) and longer hardware on the OnX6 to make up the gap. Both the S8 and OnX6 feature 1/4-20 studs which can be removed and replaced with longer hardware.

Random question, but any possibility of getting a rear bumper with a cut out for the new raised Westin hitch that was released? I really want your rear bumper, but I’m dragging my stock hitch on everything. I like their elevated hitch concept, but hate the look of their rear bumper.

I’d even buy and ship the hitch out to you guys for development. I’m sure I cant be the only guy who would want this...

Does the Warn Zeon 12s Platinum winch fit in the front bumper? Have someone who wants to trade me one. @pelfreybilt

Also @Baja Designs I ended up going s8 since it was direct fit.

Thsi is actually the first request we have had as the stock hitch is so stout even if it drags it takes the beating. We may be looking into a more CH version of the bumper, I will keep you all posted. (our bumpers typically involve an incorporated hitch, this is our first time not doing that.)

That would be appreciated and I am sure if you make a post, more guys will chime in agreement. While I do agree that the hitch is very robust, it very much is a limiting factor in the departure angle area for those of us that wheel our trucks hard.

My offer still stands if you want me to buy the hitch and ship it to you, if it helps with moving this along. I need a bumper fairly soon, after destroying mine in the last wheeling trip.

Unfortunately we do not have the time currently to take on that project. We have the first gen, second gen and third gen Tacoma dual gate rear we are developing with 50 pre orders already as well as the T4R/GX470/FJ skids with about 40 pre orders, Double Cab Tundra sliders and FJ gated rear we are all already working on.
