Fair comment. But from what I understand the tune is detectable and can void warranty. This is a clip out piece that they can't detect

I read the same review on PC's website. There's always someone who posts a bad review, I didn't think it deserved much merit. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but if I'm not mistaken, when you turn off all of the nannies you also turn off torque management as well. The DAP tune also turns off torque management.

My Hybrid Lexus from the factory does essentially what the PC does only on a lighter scale. I have Eco/Normal/Sport modes that simply change the input from the gas pedal and give the car a sportier feel. If it works, it works. I would rather have this much improvement without having to worry about my warranty on a new truck.

It would be interesting to see someone do a before and after on 0 to 60 to see if their is a measurable difference. I also wonder why some are experiencing a mileage increase when running it in eco if it does absolutely noting...

The 0-60 no-difference comment was really hard to swallow. I would bet good money that it would be better.

This thing is definitely not a placebo and anyone who’s says different is talking out of their back door and has never actually used one.

    1. It's a 5 minute install and can be removed anytime.
    2. It doesn't mess with my warranty.
    3. If my butt dyno says it feels like the truck is more responsive then it was worth the money to me.

Took 10 seconds to pull the plug and another 10 seconds to tuck it away. I used the velcro that came with the unit and attached it to the interior carpet. Bluetooth works flawlessly.

I installed it last night during the halftime show. Just drove to work with it set on sport plus/+4....holy crap! It's like learning to drive a manual for the first time lol. The throttle so sensitive in this mode. Probably gonna drive in sport and +2 or +3 and see if it feels right. It's like a different tundra....love it!

Ok, after a week of use I’m still impressed. I can drive normal but the response for mild pedal push is big. I’m on sport +1 and I may have to go down to city mode as I’m having to much fun and getting after it a little more than normal and I’m afraid my gas mileage is tanking. It really is like driving a different truck. Someone suggested turning it off to see how doggy normal really is but I don’t want to know. Haha. This thing is absolutely a keeper. I’m glad I bought it.

I love how the truck just jumps off the line when I step on gas. No more lag, instant response. Makes the truck seem faster to me. Had it on sport/+4 all day and then it started raining. I lost traction a few times when I stepped on the gas. Made me a little nervous so I switched over to city/+1 with the bluetooth. It was nice being able to switch throttle response on the fly depending on the driving conditions. Money well spent!

Is anybody running this on a 4.6L? Just curious if it will make a difference (or even work at all) on my 2018 4.6L.

ok guys, this thread has caused me to pull the trigger and get one also. Been hearing a lot of good things, so I figure what the heck. I'm heading out of town for the holidays, so I'll have to wait until early Jan to place the order though. The Pedal Commander PC 27 (Bluetooth model) is only $263.99 right now on their site with coupon code "xmas20" Does anyone know when the coupn code expires?...hoping it goes until early Jan.

Start making them, you can corner the market. The Pedal Commander works I don't care how or if its lying to the ECU. The level of elector-guru hate on this product is odd.

The elephant in the room is the fact that the Gen 3 Tundras throttle response is crappy and this fixes it and then some.
