Super easy to change all you need is a small plastic pry tool. Once you pop them off you can pop the new ones on. Below is the video i used to install them. Yeah you can pay through paypal, cash app, or zelle. and yes they are all the same size, these came off of my 2017

GONE Truck covers USA America roll cover. Free to the right person - someone who fabs. Could be a 45min job or 5 hours.. all depends. See below.

Now there’s a little catch. This cover fits an F350 short bed. Length isn’t an issue because you can just cut down the side rails and the cover just won’t roll out all the way. Width might be the problem. It’s about one inch wider than the cover I have currently on my tundra (but I also use spacers which are ~1”. It’ll be very tight.

if this sounds like a project for you then some grab it in 92130. I posted it up on power stroke.org and nobody wants it. It’s like $1500 cover. Very sweet. Let me know!

 

Also, truck covers USA is local to SD. I went in there to get a new lock and met the owner. Told him I did my own fabrication on my current cover and he laughed and said “why didn’t you bring it in here; we would have done it for ya”. So you could always bring it there and they could cut it down to size too. But anyone with time, patience and an angle grinder could do it
