Has anyone run into an issue with one headlight not working? My passenger side has not been working, and yes tried about 10 different bulbs. My multimeter shows it is not getting power, i know the relay is working as it is turning over. (Will check with multi meter soon, but don’t think it is the relay). Also tried tracing the wire back to the fuse box, and tested it with still no power. (It’s the brown wire) at a loss, and have taken it apart like 10 time. Curious if anyone else had this issue? I have a 16 tundra try pro.

Have you confirmed that the fuse is good?

Yes, switched the drivers side that was working for the passenger side and still didn’t work then put it back in the drivers side and it turned back on, so not the fuse.

Not trying to be a wise-guy on this but you do know that you have fuses (2) for the left and right headlights low beam and fuses (2) for the left and right headlights high beam, right? It sounds to me like the passenger side fuse is blown. Does the passenger side low beam and high beam not work? If the fuse is blown, you will not get power.

I checked the fuses, and replaced both bulbs still nothing. Passenger side is the only one out. Just no low beam. Got highs on both sides but no low on passenger

Ok, bare with me and I am not trying to be a smart aleck on this, trust me. But the fact that the passenger side has high beam power but no low beam power, tells me that the passenger side low beam fuse is probably out. Your low beam fuse locations in the engine compartment fuse box are fuse #26 (15 amp) and #31 (15 amp). They are for the left side and right side low beam lights but I forget if that is facing the engine left and right or sitting in the driver's seat left and right. Don't depend on just visually checking the fuses, use a test light or multimeter to check or, better yet, replace them with new 15 amp fuses and try your lights. If this doesn't fix your issue I'll get off my fuse soap box...
